A new legoland?

On the news in my town , Overland Park, Kansas they said that Lego is thinking of positioning a new logoland a couple of miles away from my house in Olathe, or overland park off of k10. Does anyone know anything about this? Also they have been talking about building a new KC Wizards Soccer stadium less than 1/2 a mile from my house. Does anyone know anything about this also?
